Human being like to simplify ideas. Breaking things down helps us understand. Improper categorization, however, can be counterproductive. It can lead to oversimplification or complication. My goal is to understand the workforce within perspectives that makes sense, are easy to explain and can function as repeatable formulas; able to be plugged into almost any relevant circumstance.
I created CultureOfExperts.com to share my perspectives and help company leadership see expert-level talent within a new light. I later created CareerSteady.com as an offshoot, to give company leadership a training resource to help develop and retain their expert-level employees.
