What is Culture of Experts?

Culture of Experts was created and published by recruiter and agency co-owner Martin Haslinger, the host of this conference. It was created in an attempt to find deeper understanding of the workforce. Focused on experts, it includes skilled trade workers, business professionals and technical professionals. What problem do we solve?

Right now, you know the difference between:
• CNC Machine Operator – can make bolts all day using a CNC machine.
• CNC Machinist – can take a block of metal and figure out how to turn it into a complex part that has high value purpose.

Here’s the problem:
> The above skills differences are not as apparent in other positions within your company, so the decisions governing them are often ambiguous.
> The ability to see skills differences in the machine shop are not leveraged company-wide. You see it but you can’t explain it or spread it around.

CultureOfExperts.com solution:
√ Define expert-level work within two categories, to completely explain the above differences in skills. See it within all positions within the company.
√ Line-item Unconventional Expert individual work-process, use it as a formula to define expert-level needs and expand on company process.
√ Build a business plan that leverages both types of expert-level skills. Develop and retain employees with CareerSteady.com free workshops.
