CareerSteady is based on Culture of Experts:
Culture of Experts was created and published by recruiter and agency co-owner Martin Haslinger, the host of this conference. It was created in an attempt to find deeper understanding of the workforce. Focused on experts, it includes skilled trade workers, business professionals and technical professionals. With over 2,000 hours in its creation and countless hours of its use, Culture of Experts is a proven formula that can help within the following areas:
• Business decisions, based on foundational formulas.
• Employee development, for more productivity and improved retention.
• Job descriptions, to more deeply outline what companies really need.
• Talent acquisition, to find highly qualified candidates who can fill the above.
• Logical explanations as to why someone didn’t work out within a given role.
What is CareerSteady?
CareerSteady uses the same concepts as Culture of Experts, however, it is designed for expert-level employees. This is training that leadership provides. The goal is:
